I believe the process works best when we collaborate toward mutually created goals in a respectful and affirming setting. Our work may involve identifying and working through unhealthy relationship patterns, changing the way you think to improve the way you feel, and gaining new skills to navigate life in a more positive way.
I offer a free 30-minute consultation to all prospective clients because a good fit between client and therapist is the basis for productive work.

There is a paid parking lot behind the building and ample street parking in the nearby neighborhood.
